About the event

Paula Finney is the owner of Creating From Being. She empowers seekers in their awakening/transformation journey to have the power to create the change, they desire and thrive effortlessly. She is also a Sound Journey facilitator, certified yoga instructor, certified Reiki master and soon to be certified soma breathwork instructor.


Class will be held outside at our Garden Gazebo. Please bring mat or blanket, and eye mask if wanted.


Participants must pre-register - class is non-refundable, thank you for supporting the Northland Arboretum.
